Lyndsey is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of nursing experience, primarily in pediatric emergency. Lyndsey has been providing medical aesthetics for the last 4 years. She is a certified nurse injector with experience providing botulinum toxin injections in for both cosmetic and medical treatments, including migraine, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) and hyperhidrosis. She also has experience with Sculptra, Deoxycholic Acid injections, Platelet Rich Plasma and Dermal Filler. Lyndsey continues to expand her knowledge through continued education at conferences and regular medical aesthetic training to stay up to date to ensure she is providing the safest, and most effective care for her patients. She is also currently enrolled in the Nurse Practitioner Master of Nursing Program at Dalhousie University and will graduate in the Summer of 2024.
When she has spare time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, travelling (hot destinations), golf, gym, yoga, and loves trying new foods and restaurants!
Lyndsey has passion for providing medical aesthetics because of the confidence it can give people. Her main objective and goals are to empower her patients through education. By providing the proper knowledge and information patients can feel confident and informed in choosing what treatment is best for them. Paula received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1997 and holds a current RN license with NSCN – Nova Scotia. Paula has extensive knowledge and experience in the Medical Aesthetics industry having worked with many well-respected physicians and RN’s both regionally and nationally. Paula worked for ALLERGAN – the maker of Botox Cosmetic ® and Juvederm®, as their Clinical Consultant /trainer and educator for Atlantic Canada, Alberta and Interior BC from 2011-2014. Over her 3 years she meet and trained with top injectors across Canada, and attended many national and international conferences and meetings. In this role she developed a true love and passion for Botox Cosmetic ® and Dermal Filler injection’s. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry. Paula has worked as a Nurse in ENT, Oral Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Burn Unit. Paula enjoys in her spare time Yoga, Barre classes and Spin classes. Travel, golfing, and fine dining are on Paula’s activities when not in Clinic. Paula attends Continuing Education, and Training sessions in Medical Aesthetics regularly to keep herself up to date on any new and advanced treatments in Medical Aesthetics.
